Tortilla Roll-ups: Tasty Tailgate Treat

P9110222A famous favorite of my family is the Tortilla Roll-ups recipe. We bring it to cocktail parties, Superbowl parties, tailgates and family get-togethers. Some people call these "spicy pinwheels", because I like them with a little kick. In fact, my Fiance's family makes them with completely different ingredients. Here is the recipe, don't tell mama I'm giving it out.
