Asian-Hollywood Regency...

That is what my basement living room has turned into. Seriously, I've got a problem. I recently purchased a chinoiserie-style shelf that I painted white to make a pop on a brown wall. Most people look forward to outside walks and picnics when the weather gets nice. I get the paint out. It's like an itch I haven't been able to scratch until 60 degrees. Now we have a chance of snow today. Go figure.

Then we added a little 'fluff', and bam! I love this little addition. Now, I will need to add plates around the top... but this is a start.
